Packages & Prices

At AJC Entertainments we don’t offer different packages to our clients. We just offer top of the range, state-of-the-art equipment and the latest DJ technology that enables us to offer the very best mobile disco service possible to our clients. We carry enough backup equipment to ‘keep the party rockin’, thus allowing our customers peace of mind knowing that the party will never stop (at least until finishing time!).

All bookings are contracted and confirmed in writing for your peace of mind. We can cater and bespoke your entertainment needs for any wedding, birthday, family celebration, children’s parties 80’s or 90’s themed nights, Christmas events, outside events or corporate events.

We will work with you before the big event to create a playlist to incorporate music you want to be played on the night. We also always take additional requests during the event, at the venue.

Prices quoted will be for up to 5 hours of DJing/Music: (7:00 pm until 12 midnight). Different start or finish times can be provided.

Your DJ on the night, dressed to suit the dress code of the event.

VN 2000 Speaker System – The VN 2000 is an Active System totalling 3200 Watts RMS which comprises of a Pair of Ventis 206A top boxes and a pair of Subline 112SA subs. It is viewed as one of the best speaker systems in the mobile disco industry!

A Luxury DJ booth with professional quality ‘Quad-LED’ starcloth, with or without white stretched wrap.

2 x Radio microphones to use for speeches and ‘thank you’s’

A mixture of all or a combination of the following lighting (dependent of the venue, its access, the type of event and need). The lighting is ‘programmed’ using a specialist lighting software and the latest DMX wireless connectors.

4 x Chauvet Slim Beam Quad IRC LED up lighters – This fixture  is not only ideal for accenting walls and other surfaces, but also can be used to create unique beam effects in the colour of your choice and/or flash in time with the music being played.

2 x ADJ Focus Spot 2X – This top of the range light has a 100w LED Moving Head with a 3w UV LED included for black lighting or additional colour hues. It features two prism effects; a 6-facet circular prism and a 6-facet linear prism.

2 x ADJ Quad Phase HD – The lights are designed to fill a room and dazzle a crowd with dozens of razor sharp beams of light, dancing across the whole room.

1 x ADJ Warlock – It is a unique, compact moonflower effect light. Offering stunning 360 degree lighting effects which are extremely bright and add great effects and atmosphere.

4 x ADJ Dotz Par – The ADJ Dotz Par uses advanced COB (Chip On Board) technology allowing for a powerful LED engine to be placed in a small amount of space. The result is a high output, smooth color mixing LED Par with no RGB shadows and are designed to provide a wash lighting across the dance floor.

1 x smoke machine (if the venue allows the use of one).

High quality ‘ADJ TriPar’ LED room up lighters to light up the venue walls in the colour of your choice and/or flash in time with the music being played.

Personalised lighting wedding monogram (‘gobo’) – £90:00 ex vat

Wedding gobo hire is a nice way to add your own personalised feature to your big day. You can choose names, titles and even images to project. Our gobo hire is a fantastic form of lighting used to either spot onto the middle of the dance floor or to decorate a wall. Have your name, initials or logo projected on a wall, ceiling or dance floor with one of our lighting fixtures.

We have a range of templates to help with ideas. As this gobo is designed just for you. The template is your to kept as a memory for your special day.

“All Day Wedding Packages”

You have put in hours and hours of thought and effort into making the best event possible. For an additional cost why don’t you let us take the strain and worry about the music during the Wedding Breakfast and let us create the ambiance needed throughout the day and create the anticipation of things to come?

For an ‘All Day’ wedding event, we set up early, prior to you and your guests arriving, Provide all MC services as necessary. Provide different styles of music as each course is served. But most importantly we also link in with the venue staff and/or wedding coordinator to ensure that the whole day runs like clockwork and sounds amazing, just as you had imagine it to be!
